Very easy to Configure and It works with Etisalat Default Settings.
No time to dully Just Download this Specially Modded Opera 7 HERE
After downloadin, Open the Opera and Configure it with this Tweak Below:-
Filter:-*(82.145.210.3382.145.210.48)
Proxy Type=> Choose NoProxy
Proxy Server=> Leave it Blank or Use 41.190.8.17
At the Top Of the Handler Menu, You will see Browser Settings, Click it And Tick Reverse Proxy[b/]
NOTE: In case, it's not working for you? Just install the opera mini with the cheat inside, don't edit the handler.
