MS WORD

This is one of the word processing application software.

It's used in typing, edition and previewing of letters, memos etc. It can be used to design cards(not the best)-flyers etc.

ADVANTAGES OF MS WORD

MS word has 3 advantages previously used packages namely:

1 Initiates capital letters Ms word helps to initiate a capital at the beginining of a paragraph by itself.

2. Ability to detect a wrongly spelt word and it does this by drawing a red dot line on the word.

3. Ability to detect wrong grammar: the package helps to detect a wrong grammatical structure used and it does this by drawing a light green dot lines on the sentence.
