ANSWERS
1a) Subsistence agric is a type of agric that is done on a small scale with minimum use of agro- chemicals. The aim of the farmer is to provide food for the family with little or no commercial purpose. And the yields are low
7ia) Incubation is the process of keeping the fertilized egg for a period of 5-7 days to keep the egg warm. Within this period the embryo develops into a baby bird.
2a) Advantages -chicks hatched naturally tend to be more robust -It's easier since all the farmer does is to leave the hatching to the mother hen Disadvantages -It's longer when compared to artificial incubation -not all the eggs are hatched
