The Enterprise Applications Manager will be responsible for managing Galaxy's SAAS offerings and other software technologies, e.g web tools,databases, etc. these applications are delivered to customers through the company's pervasive infrastructure platform. Customer provisioning, operational management and end-user and blackened support fall within the scope of responsibilities for this position.

Desired Skills & Experience

Strong managerial and team lead competence and experience.
At least 10 years relevant experienceof which 4 must have Been at management level.
Strong knowledge of at least 3 of thefollowing; Messaging applications (MS Exchange), Portal technology (MS Sharepoint), Electronic Document Management Systems, Database management (Oracle/MS SQL), web development tools.

Experience in software services provision within a hosted service provider or enterprise environment, I.e. IT department of a large and diverse corporate with at least 8,000 end-users, is required.

Practical working knowledge of ITILV3. framework .
