Qualification
*. B.Sc/HND Architecture
*. Not less than 32 years
*. 3 years veritable hands-on Cognate Experience
Key attributes
*. strong attention to detail and an obsession for precision
*. capacity to understand instructions and enforce same
*. passion for research on new challenges
*. strong documentation capacity
*. design conception and resolution skills (start to finish)
*. Software Use (+internet savvy): AutoCAD and MS Office (word and excel most especially), Corel Draw
*. deep knowledge of standard procedures in construction
*. capacity for technical thinking and solution focus
*. strong ability to detail elements and components
