A dynamic player in the exploration and production industry based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State seeks to hire qualified individuals in the following positions:

1.) Executive Secretary

*. Reporting to the Executive Management of the company, the candidate will be responsible for:
*. Managing relevant corporate databases
*. Setting up and maintaining operable filing and retrieval systems.
*. Preparing and managing all relevant correspondence
*. Schedule management
*. Implementing and maintaining office systems

Required Qualifications and Specifications

*. First degree in any field of study
*. Certification or training as an Executive Secretary
*. Minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary
*. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills 2.) Senior Human Resources Officer
*. Reporting to the Head, Administration/Human Resources, the candidate will be responsible for:
*. Supporting the implementation of HR related strategies
*. Carrying out the day-to-day efficient operations of HR administration.
*. Employee Relations and welfare issues
*. Compensation and Benefits Administration
*. Maintaining Employee files and the HR filing system

Required Qualifications and Specifications

*. First degree/HND, preferablyin Personnel Management
*. Knowledge of compensationand benefits strategies and processes
*. Knowledge of Project Management
*. Have an analytical and results oriented mind
*. Minimum of 6 years’ human resources generalist experience
*. Awareness of Labour and Industrial relations relevant to the industry
