Job Title: Carpentry Supervisor

Requirements
*. Must have at least 15 years of hands-on carpentry experience
*. Aged between 35-45 years
*. Must be educated, teamed and smart
*. Must be in-tune with technological development within the fumiture industry

Responsibilities

Will be responsible for:
*. Setting-up and running the workshop
*. Overseeing the making of all required furniture
*. Monitoring workers to ensure high quality of furniture produced

Job Title: Project Manager (Engineer)

Requirements
*. Minimum of HND(Upper Credit) or Bachelors degree(2.2) in Civil Engineering or Building Technology
*. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience on large construction projects
*. Requisite knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project
*. Not more than 40 years
*. Good People Management skills.


Responsibilities

Will be responsible for:
*. Managing work and workers on construction sites
*. Preparing work schedules
*. Monitoring projects to ensure quality of work is as specified
