My aunt suggest that we register for a home gym, but most affordable models didn't really have any way of properly working out the legs.
The Female specialist went ahead to mentioned that using free weights would be a good way of improving motor skills and balance, but care in starting out slowly was crucial, this got us thinking about buying a cheap adjustable dumbbells

So using the Specialist advice, here is what we outline to look for in the weights:

1. A tool that can help build up the muscle but is not too heavy

2. A small weight increments so you can add a bit at a time.

3. A simple design where you can use one set of dumbbells instead of having many different equipment around the house.

4. A simple but effective tool that is heavy enough to challenge the lower portion of the body.

5. AN easy to adjust dumbbells that didn't rely on a lock or collar.

6. A Equipment that was durable.
